Emily Almasy is a strategic marketing planner and communications manager with 20+ years of experience across a wide range of industries including health care, technology, pharma, medical device and emerging markets. Her expertise extends to corporate and product branding, marketing strategy & planning for B2B and B2C organizations, digital strategies, advertising and social media.
Prior to joining NP Strategy Emily worked with numerous companies in the health care and life sciences industries as the manager of a boutique branding and marketing firm where she worked with organizations large and small to find and live out their brand, and then build out integrated marketing plans leading to growth, expansion, and acquisition.
Emily received her master’s degree in business administration from Meredith College and also has a bachelor’s of science degree in media advertising from Appalachian State University. She has served as an adjunct professor at Meredith College, teaching senior-level advertising and sales promotion. She is a graduate of Leadership Raleigh 22, a 2010 winner of Triangle Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” Award and is actively involved in the Triangle AMA.
When she isn’t working, Emily and her husband Pete are traveling to visit their college-age daughters, organizing local youth lacrosse events, going to movies and concerts or playing with their two border collies at their home in Raleigh.
